Worker Co-op Weekend

Hosted by Co-operatives UK, Worker Co-op Weekend is aimed at worker co‑operatives to help them learn, share and be inspired by one another.

Designed and run by worker co-ops for worker co-ops, this annual gathering brings people together to share experiences and inspiration, to develop strategies and to have a lot of fun. A low-cost, back-to-basics event with camping or dorm accommodation, it aims to be as open and accessible as possible.

The programme is made up of practical sessions designed and run by worker co-ops and covers a range of topics that are important to them. There’s vegan friendly catering with food sourced from worker co-ops – as well as plenty of camaraderie around the campfire.
