We've received the instruction to amend your governing document and will send a copy of the application to the email provided.
What happens next?
We will be in touch within two to three working days to confirm the next stage of your incorporation.
Co-operatives UK will:
- Review the information provided
- Carry out initial checks to ensure we can proceed with the work
- Assess requirements for the new governing document and either schedule a call with you or make a start on drafting the document
- Send all necessary paperwork to you to be checked and signed once all changes are agreed
- Make an application to register your organisation with the appropriate registrar after receiving all completed paperwork
Timescales
Timescales depend on the complexity of the work and vary from case to case. We estimate from four to 12 weeks for completion.
