Morven Lyon is Head of Democratic Finance at the Development Trusts Association Scotland (DTAS). She manages DTAS’ Democratic Finance Scotland programme which promote the use of community shares alongside other alternative methods of raising finance and funding for community enterprises.

The DTAS team can provide free, in-depth support and guidance to any Scottish group at any stage of their community shares journey.
As part of the Development Trusts Association Scotland (DTAS), they are also a FCA Sponsoring Body and have two sets of model rules available for Scottish Community Benefit Societies.
