Lenny is a community organiser and asset builder based in South East London, who predominantly works with music venues, social clubs, and creative sector co-operatives.
She is a Co-Founder of Sister Midnight, a co-operative music venue and radio station based in Catford, who raised £360K through community shares. As a co-operative practitioner her area of focus is in supporting communities to protect existing community & cultural assets, as well as creating new ones. She has experience in raising funds through community shares, developing business plans, and designing governance models that support communities to be actively involved in their local assets. As well as working as an independent advisor, Lenny also delivers support via Principle Six in London and The Community Shares Company in Brighton.
