Caleb Elliott
Co-operative advisor
Caleb Elliott (he/him) is a cooperative and democratic business advisor. In 2018 he co-founded Green Wood Housing Cooperative, a member of the national network Radical Routes. He graduated from the Barefoot Co-op Development program in 2020, before joining Principle Six. Caleb became a partner of Principle Six in 2023.
Through Principle Six, Caleb has supported cooperatives & democratic businesses with legal structures and incorporation, governance, financial planning and understanding what it means to be a co-op, especially member engagement & participation.
Caleb specialises in worker cooperatives & housing cooperatives, and runs introductions & masterclasses on starting them.
Caleb organises with workers.coop, the UK's worker cooperative federation. Caleb is the creator and host of their podcast, Punchcard, in which he speaks to members of the cooperative network, who share their stories, experiences and insights.
