A board must be made up of directors with the right mix of expertise, experience and perspectives to ensure it does not become homogenous. This short guide runs through the process of recruiting directors to co-operative boards.
These resources have been collated as part of work being undertaken by the Co-operative Governance Expert Reference Panel, who produce expert guides and resources – freely available for the co-operative sector – to guide the practice of good governance for co-operatives.
