Registration for our AGM on 18 June has now closed.

The information (below) for registering as your organisation’s representative at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is for information only. Registration closed at midday on 12 June.

  • To vote, an organisation must have been a member of Co-operatives UK on 1 May 2026 and its representative must be present (online) at the meeting
  • Each member organisation is entitled to appoint one individual as its AGM representative. That person will cast its votes. Only one person can cast a member organisation's vote. To participate you’ll need to be the member’s nominated representative and no other individuals from your organisation can participate in the AGM online (the meeting will be open to all observers to watch live)
  • If an individual is appointed to vote on behalf of more than one Co-operatives UK member, please contact us at [email protected] for guidance
  • The meeting starts at 12:00 (midday) on 18 June 2026. Participants must ensure they have joined the online meeting before this time to participate fully. Anyone joining after 12:00 may not be able to vote on resolutions or submit questions. You’ll receive an email reminder one hour before the AGM starts
  • You’ll be able to post questions during the live Q&A sessions
  • Voting on resolutions will be by online poll (one member, one vote) other than for our proposed rule amendments, for which a ballot is required. The weighting of your organisation's ballot vote can be found on our voting entitlement sheet, available to download at www.uk.coop/agm
  • Registration for attending the AGM online closes at midday on 12 June
  • Your name and the email address you supplied during the registration process may be visible to our tech crew before and during the AGM. This is necessary in order for us to enable members to see, hear, ask questions and vote during the meeting. They will not be able to access this information after the close of the meeting.
  • If you have any questions about online participation please email [email protected]
