Day one: Tuesday 1 October

| 10:00-11:00 | Day one – Welcome and opening presentations |
| 11:00-11:30 | Conversations and getting into teams. After the presentations, there will be some time for people to speak to each other and finish forming teams. |
| 11:30-13:00 | Hacking in the main room or one of the breakout spaces |
| 13:00-14:00 | Lunch |
| 14:00-17:00 | Hacking in the main room or one of the breakout spaces |
| 17:00-17:30 | Wrap up of day one |
| 17:30-19:00 | Free time. A chill out space is available, a park close by, or you can go to your accommodation, explore Lichfield etc |
| 19:00-21:00 | Evening social at Central Co-op Support Centre (top floor), with food and drink provided by Central Co-op. A chance to chat to other hackers and network. Please note that the building closes at 21:00. Those who want to keep on networking can move to one of the many local places, such as The Brewhouse pub, which is five minutes away on foot at 1 Bird St, Lichfield WS13 6PW. |
Day two: Wednesday 2 October
