Co‑operatives UK will use this information to create a report on the UK co-operative sector, which will be made public. Details of individual co-ops will not be shared.
If you have agreed to provide further information on the support your co-op needs or the diversity of the sector we will in touch by phone or email at a later date.
Co‑operatives UK will not share your email address or any other personal details with third parties other than the research agency analysing the survey data.
You will now be entered into a prize draw to receive one of five £100 prizes - which can be cash, vouchers or donated to the Worker Co-op Solid Fund or a charity of your choice. We'll notify the winners after the closing date of 4 April 2021.
