Worker Co-op Weekend 2022

A weekend for worker co-ops to learn, share and be inspired.

Online bookings are now closed. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in attending this event.

About the event

Join us for the Worker Co-op Weekend 2022 – which the Worker Co-op Council hopes will be the largest and most important event in the worker co-op movement for the last 20 years! The WCC aims to set out a proposal for the future direction of worker co-ops and wants your helping shaping it. Of course, the event will also bring people together to connect, learn, share experiences and to have a lot of fun.

Designed and run by worker co-ops for worker co-ops, this annual gathering is a low-cost, self-organising event hosted again at Selgars Mill. In the main building and surrounding grounds there will be a full programme of co-designed workshops and sessions aimed at helping worker co-ops share learning and support each other's growth. The draft programme is being created here, so check out the suggested sessions and please add your own.

There’s vegan friendly catering with food sourced from worker co-ops – as well as plenty of camaraderie around the campfire. Accommodation consists of camping, dorm rooms and a few private rooms (book early).

About the venue

Selgars Mill campus comprises a beautiful converted 19th-century mill house with cottages, set in eight acres of meadows and woodland in the Culm valley in Mid Devon.
