Financial Planning and Management Accounts - London

This workshop is part of the Co-operative Islington project and funded by Islington Council.

Being able to read a set of management accounts and then use these to plan together is a vital skill when running a cooperative business.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of financial planning and the sue of management accounts.
