The training will be delivered by Chris Funnell of the Cooperative Assistance Network, for the West Midlands Cooperatives Member Education Group.
You will learn:

- Financial controls
- Understanding financial reports
- Business planning and risk analysis
- Legal requirements of financial management
- Demystifying financial jargon
- Detecting warning signs.
The training is for any co-operative member, not just treasurers.
There will be two sessions, both held online. You need to attend both. The dates are: 14th October and 21st October 2021.
