What is it like to run a worker-owned and worker-controlled organisation? How do people’s relationships with their workplace change when it becomes employee-owned? Where does power lie and how are decisions made? How does it benefit communities?
Whether you’re in the sector, or someone who is interested to learn more, come along to this informal, lightly-facilitated networking session to deepen our shared understanding of why agency and control in the workplace are good for people, communities, businesses and the local economy. Food will be provided.
The Ownership Hub is a partnership between Co-operatives UK and the Employee Ownership Association. The Ownership Hub is working with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to highlight the benefits of employee and worker owned businesses.
