CCH Annual Conference: Strong Foundations, Sustainable Futures

This event is delivered by the Confederation of Co-operative Housing (CCH). 

About this event

The day will begin with a plenary session bringing everyone together to explore key developments and opportunities in co-operative housing. For the remainder of the day, delegates can choose from three rounds of workshops across four themed streams: Your Homes, Your Co-operative, Your Business, and Your Future. The conference will close with a networking session where you can talk directly to CCH Board, staff members, and our partner organisations.

How much does it cost?

Early bird rates available until 25 August.

• £250: Members, exclusive to CCH housing co-operative members
• £275: Non-members, housing co-operatives who are not members of CCH
• £310: Professionals, all other organisations that are not housing co-operatives

Lunch and refreshments are included.

What attendees will learn

CCH's annual conference will bring together leading voices from across the co-operative housing movement to explore the opportunities and innovations shaping its future. Delegates will also gain insight into the newly updated Co-operative Values and Principles, revised by the International Cooperative Alliance and consider what these changes mean for co-operative housing in practice. During the conference, there will also be further discussions to explore emerging opportunities in co-operative housing finance, showcasing innovative funding models, investment approaches, and policy developments.
