Click here to join the Slack for the event. We’ve got a channel for each project, and also for skills requests and skills offered. Please note: You should not share this link with people from outside the Hackathon. Anyone who joins the Slack who is not registered for the Hackathon will be removed.
Also note: There will be a photographer and videographer on site to showcase the Co-op Hackathon for use on Co-operatives UK marketing channels. If you do not wish to be featured, please identify yourself to the photographer and/or videographer or a member of Co-operatives UK staff. We will ask to take a photo of you so we're able to ensure no photos or footage used at a later date feature anyone who's explicitly asked not to be featured.

Event schedule
9.00-9.30am: Registrations and breakfast
Please arrive at 9.00am for a 9.30am start. Follow signs for the Conference Room on the ground floor.
9.30-10.30am: Brief presentation and team forming
10.30-1pm: Hacking
Until 5.30pm, we will be situated on the third floor – please follow instructions from Co-operatives UK staff.
1-2pm: Lunch
2-5pm: Hacking
4pm: Refreshments will be served
5.30pm: Hackathon Close.
Please pack up all belongings. From 5.30pm, everyone will return to the Conference Room on the ground floor where the closing presentations will take place. Please note: The rooms where the Hackathon has taken will be unattended from 5.30pm, please take all belongings with you.
Friday evening will be the closing session of the Co-op Hackathon. The event will remain quite informal, but there might be a few new people joining at this time that were not present during the day.
- 6pm: Registration of new attendees
- 6.10pm: Terry Tyldesley, welcome and housekeeping (5 min)
- 6.15pm: Team presentations (with breaks halfway if needed)
- 7.15pm: Terry Tyldesley, closing remarks
- 7.20-8.30pm: Networking
