Member survey prize draw: terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Co-operatives UK
2. The draw is open to current Co-operatives UK members. Co-operatives UK staff and board members can't enter
3. Each member organisation can be entered once, even if more than one person from it completes the survey
4. To enter, you must answer every question by 11:59pm on Monday 2 November 2026. Late or incomplete entries won't be included
5. Two winners will be picked at random by Monday 16 November 2026 and contacted by email. If they don't reply within 14 days, we'll draw another winner(s)
6. Each winner chooses one of:
   • A place on a Co-operatives UK training course
   • A ticket to Practitioners Forum
   • A day ticket to Co-op Congress
7. Anyone from each winning organisation can use the prize, which must be used by 31 December 2027. There's no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred to another organisation
8. We'll use your contact details only to run the draw and, if you asked us to, to get in touch about our services. We'll delete them no later than three months after the survey closes. See our privacy policy at uk.coop/privacy
9. Co-operatives UK's decision on the draw is final
