Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has announced that the reporting deadline for this year’s gender pay gap reports has been suspended.
Organisations are not obliged to publish their 2019 data in 2020. However, since they are likely to have already gathered the data, any who wish to publish their reports are free to do so.
Alternatively, organisations are encouraged to publish their reports following the end of the coronavirus outbreak.
