Zellar competition – terms and conditions

• Co‑operatives UK is offering 30 free one-year Zellar licenses to its members (worth £239.20 + VAT)
• Entries must be received via the form at www.uk.coop/zellar to be entered into the prize draw
• A condition of entering is that entrants agree to their details being shared with The Co‑operative Bank in order to hear about its banking offer for co-operatives
• Only one entry per co‑operative will be counted in the prize draw
• Entries must be received before midnight, Sunday 8 December
• The draw will take place the week commencing 9 December
• Winning members will be contacted by Monday 16 December

1. Offer Overview

• 30 free one-year Zellar licenses are available to Co‑operatives UK members
• Zellar is a digital sustainability platform where co‑operatives can measure, plan, activate, report and share their sustainability journeys and save money
• After instructions on how to claim the license are shared with winning entrants, the one‑year license will run from the date the license is registered on the Zellar platform

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Entrants must submit an application before midnight, Sunday 8 December
• Only members of Co‑operatives UK are eligible to be entered into the prize draw
• Co-operatives UK members are co-operatives or organisations that support co‑operatives and co‑operation and can be found listed at www.uk.coop/directory 

3. Application Process

• To apply, entrants must provide the organisation name; their Co‑operatives UK membership number (if known); and a contact name and email
• Only one entry per organisation will be counted towards prize draw entries
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified

4. Offer Availability

• The offer is limited to 30 licenses
• The offer will go live the week commencing 18 November and entries must be received before midnight, Sunday 8 December
• Once instructions for how to claim licenses are shared with winning entrants, licenses must be claimed by Friday 10 January 2025
• If Co‑operatives UK receives no response from winning entrants by this date, the offer will be withdrawn and offered to the next co-operative drawn from eligible entrants

5. Opt‑ins, privacy and data protection

• By submitting the form, entrants agree to the details submitted being shared with The Co‑operative Bank to hear about its banking offer for co‑operatives
• Co‑operatives UK will only use the contact details provided to communicate with entrants about this competition
• Co‑operatives UK will not share details with any other third party organisation
• Any data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and sending relevant communications as described above
• Co‑operatives UK is committed to protecting your privacy. By submitting your application, you consent to the collection and use of the data collected in accordance with Co‑operatives UK’s privacy policy

6. Marketing and publicity

• Co‑operatives UK will use the name of winning organisations in promotional materials 
• The Co‑operative Bank and Zellar may use the name of winning organisations in promotional materials 

7. Prize distribution and value

• Co‑operatives UK will contact the winners via email by Monday 9 December at the latest
• Prizes can be declined but are non-transferable
• The Zellar licenses are worth £239.20 + VAT. They cannot be redeemed for any other products or services from Co‑operatives UK, The Co‑operative Bank or Zellar
• Any declined or unclaimed license(s) will lead to Co‑operatives UK drawing another winner(s)

8. Liability

• Once a winner has successfully registered their organisation on the Zellar app, the organisation is subject to the terms and conditions of the Zellar app
• Co‑operatives UK is not responsible for the Zellar app

9. Changes or Cancellations

• Co‑operatives UK reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time without prior notice
• Co‑operatives UK is not responsible for any technical issues preventing an application from being submitted or processed

10. General Terms

• By participating in the offer, applicants agree to comply with these terms and conditions
