Terms and conditions: Tembo Lifetime ISA and Cash ISA £25 Partnership signup bonus

1. Overview:

In partnership with the Co‑operatives UK, Tembo Savings Limited is offering a £25 bonus to new ISA or Lifetime ISA customers who sign up through a referral link from Co‑operatives UK, provided they: 

• Open a new Tembo Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA and fund it with £500 or more within 60 days of clicking the referral link; or
• Initiate the transfer of an existing ISA or Lifetime ISA with a balance of £500 or more to a Tembo Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA within 60 days of clicking the referral link.

2. The bonus: 

• The bonus is £25 and will be credited directly into your:
  • Tembo Cash ISA if you only have a Tembo Cash ISA or have both a Cash ISA and a Lifetime ISA.
  • Tembo Lifetime ISA, if you only hold a Tembo Lifetime ISA.
• The bonus does not count toward your annual ISA or Lifetime ISA contribution limit.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the bonus, you must:

• Open a new Tembo Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA via the referral link provided by Co‑operatives UK
• Meet one of the following funding conditions:
  • Deposit £500 or more into your Tembo Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA within 60 days of clicking the referral link (in one or multiple payments); or
  • Complete a full transfer of an existing ISA or Lifetime ISA with a balance of £500 or more to Tembo within 60 days of clicking the referral link.
• Not cancel, close, transfer, or withdraw (to a balance of less than £500) from your Tembo Cash ISA/Lifetime ISA before the bonus is credited.

4. Paying the bonus: 

• For new account holders: The £25 bonus will be paid in the next interest cycle after the 14/30-day cancellation period has expired (the cancellation period starts from the date the first contribution is received in your account and is 14 days for an Cash ISA and 30 days for a Lifetime ISA).
• For transfers: The bonus will be paid in the next interest cycle after the transfer process is complete.
• The interest cycle runs on the 8th working day of the month following the month when the qualifying funds are received. For example, if you deposit £500 on January 31st, your bonus will be credited on March 12th.

5. General Conditions

• Tembo Savings reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion. However, customers who have already met all eligibility criteria will not be affected.
• The bonus is non-transferable, non‑exchangeable, and may not be substituted for any other benefit.
• Tembo Savings is not liable for any losses if you are unable to open an account or complete a transfer, whether due to system limitations, eligibility criteria, or other reasons.
• Tembo Savings reserves the right to refuse the bonus or take further action if it suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms or any of the terms of our Customer Agreement.
• Tembo Savings’ standard Terms & Conditions, as set out in our Customer Agreement, remain in force and are not affected by this offer.
