It can be hard to know what you don’t know if you don’t deal with HR issues regularly. And as employment law is constantly changing, even those experienced in HR sometimes need extra help. That’s where we come in – we are experts in co‑operative HR and offer a range of training courses. 

One-day courses

These are designed to support co-operatives at every stage of their employment journey. Whether you are just starting to employ people and need to know the absolute essentials, or you are a larger co-op with line managers who need training up in specific skills, we can help. 

Open sessions

We have a range of courses that we run periodically as open sessions for anyone to attend. You don’t need to be a Co‑operatives UK member to sign up. If you are a member, we’re also more than happy to deliver courses on your premises if that suits you better.

Bespoke training 

You might need a training course on a specific topic that we don’t already cover. That’s fine. We’re always happy to work with our members to deliver bespoke courses as and when required. 

We know that for many of our members, an approach to HR that would suit other organisations just doesn’t work. As experts in co-operative HR, we’re confident that we can deliver training for you and your colleagues that suits your business.
