Designed for the secretaries and corporate administrators of co-operatives, the Governance Forum is a unique opportunity to network, learn and engage with peers in co-operatives large and small.
Back by popular demand following a successful bow at the 2015 Practitioners Forum, Harshak from TELOS delivered a participatory session seeking to explore practitioners experiences and views on the role of group dynamics and behaviours in making co-operative boards more effective. Participants had the opportunity to explore different aspects of boards and their dynamics, as well as learn from each other. The discussions were used as important source input into Ashley’s doctoral research into behaviours in the boardroom.
