About the training
Who can be on a co-operative's board of directors and what are their legal responsibilities? This training course covers these issues and all the other essentials required to be an effective member of the board of a co-op, with a focus on legal duties. Attendees will benefit from both a theory-led and practical approach in sessions delivered by experienced professional trainers.
This one-day training session provides all the essentials a successful co-operative director needs. There is a focus on the legal and governance knowledge required in addition to the softer skills needed to support and build relationships.
