Co-op Connections Online – Scotland

The Co-op Connections Online – Scotland event is free to join and will take place online via Zoom from 15.30 on Wednesday 23 September.

Online Co-op Connection meetings are an opportunity for people, co-ops and societies to connect locally, as well as to find out what support is available in your area – and nationally.

At this event we'll be discussing how co-operatives play their part in community empowerment and inclusive growth. We'll be joined by

  • Craig Adams (Black Cat Co-op, Aberdeen) as he shares details of a project to shift Aberdeen's economy away from it's reliance on North sea oil.
  • James Kelly MSP, convener of the Cross-Party Group in the Scottish Parliament on Co-operatives.
  • James Wright, Policy Officer, Co-operatives UK.
