Whether you're a small co-op or society, a mutual or a high-ethics company keen to get the best out of everyone at work, you're invited to take part in our popular Co-op Connections events around the country.
At the Co-op Connections event in Glasgow on Tuesday 24 September, we combine ‘collaborative coaching' with an evening of networking at one of Scotland's most successful worker co-operatives, Greencity. Benefit from effective peer-to-peer training with organisations that are willing you to succeed. Best of all, it’s FREE!
With thanks to our hosts at Greencity, attendees also include small co-op worker-owners, directors, company secretaries and others who'll be part of your 'learning set'. All are coached to listen and skilfully probe any work issue you bring along with you. Your work issue might be about a stalled project, recurring obstacles in the team, or managing up, managing across, meeting deadlines in a flat managment structure. If you don't have an issue to share just listen and improve your coaching skills. There's something for every organisation, big or small - this event could be the breakthrough you need.
Co-operative Connections events are provided FREE thanks to support from our members and includes an online resource pack for each attendee after the event. If you’re interested in building your network, learning new ways of working in teams or developing your skills, please register below. We look forward to seeing you there.
