Worker and employee owned businesses could be key to keeping viable jobs in communities post COVID-19. Aimed at business owners and employees this webinar will be an open and accessible introduction to exploring the possibility of growing these businesses in Preston.

Focusing on a Preston based case study this session will provide a practical introduction to the ways and means of employee ownership, how it supports resilience in businesses, and how it can be achieved. Whether you are a business owner that has started exploring employee or worker ownership or are someone curious to hear more come along to this session to get inspired and find out how to take the next step.
