Three people chatting. Two are shaking hands

Whatever the size of your co-op, we know dealing with HR can sometimes be tough. Our HR package can help your co-op to be both legally compliant and a great place to work.

What is the HR package?

Our HR Package will help you be a great employer and is priced from £1,100 + VAT per year. We’re here to help too, so contact us if you’d like to talk anything through. Here’s some more information about what’s included in the package.

Advice and guidance

As soon as you sign up to the HR package, advice and guidance on all aspects of HR and employment law are only a phone call or email away. Whatever your HR or employment law concern, we’ll help you to resolve it in a way that works for your business and your employees.

Policy and contract reviews

Being a great employer starts with your policies and how you follow them. We’ll review your current policies and processes and work with you to improve them. If we need to, we’ll help you to develop new policies and procedures that are a perfect fit with your organisation.

We’ll do the same with your employment contracts and any other HR documentation that you use. So you can be confident that the information you’re sharing with your employees is accurate, up-to-date and legally compliant.

Representation and advocacy

When you employ people, there is always a risk that things may go wrong. If you find yourselves on the receiving end of a claim, we’ll represent you through Acas early conciliation processes and defence of employment tribunal claims – including advocacy at hearings.

We’ll work with you every step of the way, acting as your representative in discussions and giving you advice and guidance throughout the process.

Rewards and benefits

The recruitment process can be tough, from setting appropriate pay levels, to being confident that you’re legally compliant. We can guide you through this.

Our partnership with Korn Ferry means that we can provide accurate market pay data to help you to make sound decisions on pay.

We can also help you to evaluate and size roles so you can be confident that you have an appropriate grading structure in place.

Online resources

Also included in your HR package is a subscription to XpertHR, the most comprehensive source of HR compliance, best practice and benchmarking in the UK. You’ll find template policies, processes and letters alongside comprehensive and up-to-date advice and guidance.
