Annual General Meeting

Running your first AGM can be daunting. That's why we've put together some valuable resources which can all be accessed here.

Annual Returns 

Every new organisation has a legal duty file their accounts and any annual returns or confirmation statements to the relevant registrar. Familiarise yourself with your registrar and the options for filing.

In most cases you can register for and/or log in to an online account and submit everything through that account.
