Co-operatives UK Secretary General Ed Mayo has outlined his views on The Co-operative Group's proposed governance reforms.

Mr Mayo is one of several internal and external co-operative experts to face the camera and evaluate The Co-operative Group's proposals against the broader context of the co-operative movement.

Handbook of Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Law editor Ian Snaith, President of the International Co-operative Alliance Dame Pauline Green, and Interim Group Chief Executive Richard Pennycook also give their views.
