Consumer Co-operation Today: What Works Well

The conference, held in Lincoln, is an opportunity to reflect on consumer co-operation, particularly in the context of the business and service delivery changes over the past three years.

The programme will include panel discussions and academic papers, exploring the position of consumer co-operatives in the present.

  • What is best practice in member engagement?
  • It is said that the Covid pandemic has advanced the use of IT in business by 20 years (in just two years). How have co-operatives embraced online meetings and member events?
  • Has this led to an evolution in member democracy?
  • Today we have more data about our members and their purchasing habits than ever. How is this shaping our relationship with them?
