Join Outlandish to learn more about business planning for co-ops.

This workshop is part of the Co-operative Islington project and funded by Islington Council.

This course will introduce participants to the 'flow canvas' planning approach, where your co-operative team can achieve the results you deserve with your one-page plan.

During the course you will discover each of the nine elements that will produce a working business plan for your co-operative.

By the end of this course participants will:

  • Have been introduced to the flow canvas tool
  • Have online resources to complete a business plan
  • Have practised working through all nine elements of a business plan
  • Feel confident enough to introduce a business planning process to the cooperative team

Douglas Racionzer, who will facilitate the workshop, is a social entrepreneur with a personal imperative to engage communities to dream and flourish, organising with them and empowering their lives. He has years of experience working with economic development programmes and is currently working as a community development manager on Gillett Square in Hackney.
