New Brighton Community Land Trust

Operating as a community land trust, our aim is to maximise the use of local land and assets for the benefit of the community in perpetuity. This will include providing affordable housing, preserving buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance, providing recreational facilities for the public at large and creating training and employment opportunities through the provision of workspace, buildings, and/or land for use on favourable terms.
