Ghar se Ghar

To support women from the ethnic minority communities of Luton and environs. This is mainly achieved through healthy living activities such as exercise sessions, discussion and other group activities.

The organisation is open to and supports women from all faiths and cultures and seeks ways of bringing together the diverse population of Luton.

Individual support is provided where needed as well as information and signposting/referral to other agencies. Some sessions are open to men where this is appropriate.
