Built in the 19th century, Holyoake House is the home of the UK’s co-operative movement. Our fantastic Edwardian building is kitted out with the most up-to-date technology and with high ceilings, parquet floors and plenty of natural light our meeting rooms are completely different from your average purpose-built venue. Less than a two-minute walk from Manchester Victoria station, with nearby bus and tram links plus an abundance of car parking spaces (NCP), Holyoake House is also highly accessible.
Dame Pauline Green room
The building’s original boardroom, the 760 sq ft Dame Pauline Green Room, seats up to 30 boardroom style and 50 theatre style.
Lovingly restored in 2016, it boasts high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and beautiful panelling. The atmospheric setting adds an additional layer of importance to your meeting and the state-of-the-art 100" interactive projector screen plus wireless audio system ensure you have the tools to make your meeting shine.

Designed for meetings of up to 12 people boardroom style, the 370 sq ft Mutuality room is a spacious meeting room with fantastic flooring and high ceilings.
It comes with full video-conferencing facilities, and a HD LED television to ensure your meeting is a high-quality event.

We have video-conferencing, interactive whiteboards, hi-speed Wi-Fi, catering and always have someone on hand to help out if you need it. After all, we are a co-op.
