We are looking for a new member relations co-ordinator to join our team supporting 700+ co-op and social enterprise members. Co-operatives UK is the network for co-operatives, our members range from the smallest tech start-ups and community businesses to the co-op retailers you find on the high street.  

We want someone who is commercially minded, can build relationships and deliver excellent member experiences, and enjoys working closely with organisations committed to a social purpose.

The successful candidate will have a track record of strong customer service and client management skills, recruitment or sales, and be able to adapt their style to influence across a range of audiences and situations. An understanding of co-operatives, social enterprises or similar sectors is desirable but not required. Most important is a willingness to learn and develop a passion for the sector.
