part of its Community Enterprise Toolkit at the Co-operatives UK Autumn Forum
today (Tuesday 29 November) in Manchester.

recently asked the question of how as a co-operative they could balance
openness at governing body meetings, by inviting members and staff to attend
governing body meetings as observers, with the need to make strategic
decisions, which may be controversial, about the overall aim of the
co-operative.
