This course presents a solution-focused approach to facilitation - how to facilitate in ways that shift stuckness and promote change. It includes tips on how to promote inclusion and how to deal with difficult behaviour. You'll pick up some of our top-tips for effective facilitation and have an opportunity to practice and refine your skills.
