About the National Retail Consumer Conference - the premier event for co-operative and mutual retailers in the UK

22-24 February 2013, St John's Hotel, Solihull

The National Retail Consumer Conference is a must attend event to help directors, managers and officers of co-operatives retailers understand the latest opportunities and challenges in the market.

The conference focused on the future of retailing, exploring new developments and opportunities in the business environment and the innovations that are driving change. At the heart of this unique conference was a focus on how co-operatives can influence consumer behaviour, encouraging customers to engage with the business and choose the co-operative option.
