Co-operatives UK Annual Report 2010

Co-operatives UK has released its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2010, the companion piece to the Impact Report released in January. The report details the governance structure and financial status of the organisation.
Ed Mayo, Secretary General of Co-operatives UK, says in the report:
"Everything we do as an organisation is done with the engagement and support of our members, big and small. Membership is at the heart of everything we do through our robust and effective governance procedures. This annual report shows our members exactly how their subscriptions are used to benefit them and the rest of the co-operative sector."
David Button, Chair of the Board, added:
""This annual report shows that the organisation is ready for the challenges that face it in 2011. With the continued support and enthusiasm of our members, Co-operatives UK can build on the success of 2010 to enjoy a more co-operative future."
