Hackney Co-operative Developments (HCD) is a not for profit voluntary sector organisation with over 30 years experience delivering Central Government and European Union regeneration programmes. HCD provides premises for over 50 local businesses, voluntary organisations and community groups, and has provided development support, business advice and training to hundreds of local people every year.
