Baker Brown Associates
A workers co-operative. Baker Brown Associates is a research and development practice specialising in the social economy and adult learning. Established in 1992 as a co-operative partnership, Baker Brown Associates works with government agencies, charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises, on a range of projects involving training, research and development. Baker Brown Associates was established by Lydia Baker and Jim Brown in 1992. They had been working together since 1987 on an independent basis, building on the work of Jim Brown who has been a freelance consultant since 1984. Baker Brown Associates is a partnership co-operative. There are currently two partners and three associates
