Atholl Glens operates as a co-operative, owned and managed by the farming producers, all of whom are based in the area of Highland Perthshire making up Atholl Estates. Each farm is run by a family business, many of which have been in operation for many generations, thereby gaining a knowledge of and pride in the land which is clear to see. Atholl Glens objective is to produce the highest quality organic beef and lamb available, giving our customers absolute peace of mind that they are purchasing a product which is not just wholesome but full of taste and tender to perfection. The farming work carried out by our producers is vitally significant to the proper management of our natural environment and keeping our operations in balance with the habitat is never compromised. Our customers can therefore be assured that Atholl Glens livestock are reared to the highest level of animal welfare in the open fields on mineral rich grassland and only cared for by highly experienced stockmen.
