AXM is a co-operative agency, run and administered by its members, currently nineteen (9 men and 10 women).We have been in operation for nearly twenty years, and are a registered non-profit making limited company with the Registrar of Friendly Societies. We operate as a non-discriminatory, non-sexist and non-rascist organisation.We work from our offices in Great Guildford Street, a few minutes walk from Borough (Northern Line) or Southwark (Jubilee Line) underground stations. Our office hours are from 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. During this time we act as agents seeking work for our members on a rota system which requires them to work approximately four days each month. The rota is drawn up every month with two members staffing the office each day.A meeting is held currenlty bi-weekly on Monday after the office has closed for business and any problems that may have arisen that week can be freely discussed and dealt with accordingly.
