About the event
Co-operative Retail Conference is the only annual event designed specifically for co-operative retailers. It attracts leaders, managers and directors of consumer owned retail co-operatives from across the UK.
With a global pandemic, uncertain times ahead and a tough economic climate we remain in challenging times. The conference represents a unique opportunity for those involved in co-operative retail to learn from experts, meet with peers and discuss how their businesses are responding to challenges. With keynote presentations from industry specialists and best practice from retailers, the conference is an unrivalled learning and networking opportunity.
Format
- This is an in-person event taking place at Wychwood Park Hotel in Crewe from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 March.
- The event will start with networking on Friday; a full day conference and networking on Saturday; with a breakfast briefing on Sunday.

Keeping you safe
We want to re-assure you that your safety is top of our agenda.
- Venue - We are working closely with the venue to ensure all relevant safety procedures and protocols are in place.
- Proof of vaccination - You may be required to provide a certificate to prove you have been fully vaccinated, or show proof of a negative lateral flow test. We will keep you informed of the necessary protocols leading up to the event.
- Changes to your booking - You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel 29 days or more before the event. If you cancel within 28 days of the event, then you will not be offered a refund. However, you will be able to change the name on the booking (free of charge).
- Government restrictions - Government restrictions are changing frequently. There is a chance that an in-person event may not be allowed. If government restrictions prevent the event from taking place you will be given a full refund.
