The New UK Co-op Bill: In Praise of Diversity

Yesterday, Prime Minister David Cameron announced a Co-operatives Bill to consolidate the laws around Co-operative Societies (a subset of Industrial and Provident Societies, I think). This is overdue and very welcome.
