Co-operatives 2010 is officially open!
Submitted by Paul Dale Smith on 25 June, 2010 - 21:32
The opening reception is in full swing at Co-operatives 2010 in Plymouth, with delegates enjoying a glass of wine, some food and conversation with their fellow co-operators.
The opening reception is being held in the conference exhibition space, which gives delegates the perfect chance to learn about some of their fellow co-operators while they're relaxing. Whether it's talking about housing with CCH, or talking about taking on Tesco with the Fair Traders Co-operative, or just talking about talking with the Phone Coop - everybody's having a great time.
This year, we've even been joined by the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority, who've been introducing themselves to the co-operative movement and teaching us about the new pensions regulations that are coming into force very soon.
Events kick off properly tomorrow, starting with our welcome address at 9am. Why not join us there?
