Return your petition to enter prize draw for holiday

Have you got hard copy signatures for the Co-operatives Fortnight? Send them in and you will be entered into a prize draw for a holiday.

HF Holidays, one of the sponsors of Co-operatives Fortnight, is offering a seven day guided walking holiday at any of its UK houses based across the UK.

Simply send in your signed petition sheets or postcards and you will be entered into a prize draw for the holiday.

If you have a freepost envelope that came in the activity pack retrun them in there. If you've not got an envelope them simply send to:

I sent ours back yesterday. Of course, most of our associates signed online, so there's not many on there, but how do you know they're our signature sheets? Was there some identifier that I missed?

Hi MJThere's no identifier - just need to put your name/organisation at the top of your sheet.If you've sent a sheet in without a name on it just let us know which it was/how many signatures were on it, and we can put you down.Email linzi.ned@uk.coop with the info.Thaksgiles
